How is the lamp Lighted?

The lamps usually have 110 or 220 volt AC light bulbs. There are other models that use tea light candles also.

How to change the light bulb?

Answer: The light fixture is simply held in the lamp by prongs that spread to hold it up within the lamp, simply unplug the lamp and work the fixture out through the bottom.

What kind of light bulbs do the lamps take?

Answer: our light bulbs are all common generic bulbs, ranging in size from a 4 watt night light bulb, up to a 40 watt chandelier bulb. You can usually find our bulbs in most supermarkets, in the same department as the light bulbs, they are usually in packages of several bulbs, hanging on rack, it is best to take the original bulb from the lamp with you, to be sure that you match or find a similar light bulb.

Can I leave the lamp on all of the time?

Answer: At first leave your lamp on while you are at home, and see if the electrical cord gets warm, if so turn it off. However we have not had the cords heat up, when our lamps are left on for long periods of time, and many of our customers leave theirs on 24 hours a day, without a problem.

My lamp has moisture on it, what should I do?

Answer: As our instructions on the box that your lamp was packaged in say, do not leave our lamps by open windows, or out of doors, and if they are in a humid area, such as the bathroom, leave them on, so that the heat from the lamp, evaporates the moisture. If your lamp has moisture on it, simply wipe off with a soft cloth.

>How do I clean my lamp?

Answer: that will not be necessary very often, and when you do, a soft cloth is fine, unless due to the environment such as from cigarette smoke in the air, you may use a slightly moist soft cloth to clean your lamp.

How long will my lamp last?

Answer: First of all we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our lamps, and if within the first year there are any electrical problems, we will replace that immediately free of charge. As long as your lamp is kept out of humid situations, such as out of doors, or near open windows in a humid area, the salt itself is 250 million years old, and should last another 250 million years!

How will I know if the lamp is actually producing the healthy negative ions?

Answer: Our lamps have been scientifically proven to naturally produce the healthy negative ions, and they have been laboratory tested. Depending on how sensitive you are to your environment, you should notice the effect right away, and more so as time goes by.

What area will my lamp cover effectively, with healthy negative ions?

Answer: Each of our lamps covers a certain amount of space, and will state on our website how many square feet, it will cover effectively with the healthy negative ions, however even if there are few of the healthy negative ions, you will still derive a benefit from them.
